Ingredients
1 medium sweet potato
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper
seasonings of choice: I used parsley, garlic granules, paprika, oregano, mixed herbs.

Makes: 1 portion of fries

Method
Wash and peel your sweet potato, slice it in half lengthways and cut into thin, french fries.
Add to a mixing bowl, add your olive oil, followed by your seasonings of choice and mix through with your hands until all sweet potato fries are coated.
Place onto parchment paper and into the air fryer, and cook for 10 minutes, not forgetting to take them out at 5 to flip and mix once again.
Once golden and crisp to the surface and soft on the inside, remove from the air fryer, plate up, serve and enjoy!
