a great recipe if your craving something sweet, but want to stick to those macros! if you're a porridge lover, you'll loooove these cinnamon, banana oat pancakes.
they are so easy to make, and offer up 13g of protein perv serving. I top mine with organic, locally sourced honey.
ingredients.
1/2 cup organic oats
1 banana
1 egg
1/3 cup soya milk / oat milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
olive oil (to cook)
dash of cinnamon
honey to serve

method.
add all measured out ingredients to a blender, and blend.
2. prep a pan with a tsp of olive oil and put on medium heat. fill the pan with your
preferred size pancakes, and turn heat down a little.
3. let the pancakes cook for 2 minutes, then flip.
4. leave to cook for one more minute, then plays up to serve with honey / syrup and
your chosen toppings.
