20 Minute Wellness Shots




Ingredients.

  • 25g fresh ginger

  • 1 small pineapple, (chopped)

  • 1 lemon (peeled, deseeded and chopped)

  • 1 lime (peeled, deseeded and chopped)

  • 2 oranges (peeled, deseeded and chopped)

  • dash of cinnamon

  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric 

  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper


Makes: 8 - 10 shots

Takes: 20 minutes


Method.

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz for one minute.

  2. Then, use a small sieve or strainer to strain the pulp from the liquid. Pour the liquid into the glasses or shot cups. Then, they're ready to drink. Bottoms up!
