Ingredients.
25g fresh ginger
1 small pineapple, (chopped)
1 lemon (peeled, deseeded and chopped)
1 lime (peeled, deseeded and chopped)
2 oranges (peeled, deseeded and chopped)
dash of cinnamon
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
Makes: 8 - 10 shots
Takes: 20 minutes
Method.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz for one minute.
Then, use a small sieve or strainer to strain the pulp from the liquid. Pour the liquid into the glasses or shot cups. Then, they're ready to drink. Bottoms up!
